This is the coolest vintage 1890's Victorian vest/top. The sleeves have been removed. The fabric is a black rayon? black fringe trim the bottom. Form fitting. front button closure with original buttons. little front pocket. lined in brown cotton. Pretty good condition for how old it is. Sold AS IS.
