This unit is the batch (non-wireless version) with Windows Mobile 2003 Operating System (Pocket PC 2003 Premium), 1D Barcode Scanner, and 6-key keyboard.  This is not the Windows CE version.  If your application requires Windows CE, please see our other listings or contact us for availability.

• These PPT8800's and all included accessories have been thoroughly cleaned, inspected and tested, and have been restored to factory new operational condition, including replacement of the internal backup battery where necessary. Each unit has been re-flashed with the latest Operating System Build available from Motorola and has been re-set to factory default settings. These units show only minor cosmetic signs of previous use such as dings and scrapes on the housings. The screens are in very good condition with no major wear or scratches. Functionally, these units are as good as new.
• The terminal comes complete with battery, stylus, handstrap, leather case, serial communications/charging cable, and power supply.  
• The only software included with the sale is what comes factory installed by Symbol on the terminal. This includes "scanwedge.exe" which allows the terminal to scan a barcode into any application.  It also includes things like Pocket Word, Pocket Excel, etc. which, along with the scanwedge.exe application, would allow you to start collecting barcode data right out of the box.
• We also stock accessories for the PPT8800-series computers.  Please see our other listings for Trigger Handles, Magnetic Stripe Readers (MSR's), extended-capacity battery kits, single-slot serial cradles, 4-slot serial cradles, and 4-slot ethernet cradles.  If you need a USB charging cup and adaptor cable to go with this, these are available and you can substitute the USB connector for the serial charging cable shown for an additional $50 charge.

We have thoroughly tested the PDA and have verified that the terminal powers on, boots up normally, passes all self tests, scans barcodes, and communicates and charges through the bottom port.  One  battery is included in the sale.  The battery is used but it charges up and holds a charge for an extended period of time, so it should give good service. The seller will replace the battery if not completely satisfied.
