Introducing our wooden train track router jig, a versatile tool for woodworking enthusiasts. This jig is specifically designed to work with a 1/4 inch bearing router bit, allowing you to effortlessly create precise interlocking wooden train tracks. How to Use:

To use, slide your 40mm wood stock into the jig so that it is just overlapping the end of the jig
Then clamp the wood and track jig down to the work bench
Then use a 1/4 router bit with a bearing to run around the jig ensuring that only the bearing is running around the jig, and not the router bit cutting edge.
Once the profile is cut, un-clamp the piece and use a chisel on the stem of the male track piece corners (See product images).
For best results use sand paper on the sharper edges
