Originally Black Sabbath were supposed to co-headline (as printed on the ticket) with Motorhead, but pulled out in early July due to "recording commitments" to be replaced by the Ozzy Osbourne Band.

Good condition. "Ozzy" written over Black Sabbath on the front. Some creases and 2 pinholes were it was once attached to a programme. Please see photos.
