About Us:
Cozy Manga is an online start-up manga and graphic novel store run by one person with a long-time passion for the genre. Because we are a small shop incapable of carrying every series out there, most of our stock is hand-picked from series I have personally read or find interesting giving the shop a more personal, curated touch. If there is a series you think we should stock, or would like to recommend to me in general, please feel free to drop a message!
Shipping and Handling:
All of our listings come with one business day handling. A flat shipping charge fee is included in the listing price. Because of this, we do offer automatic discounts on orders of 2 or more listings throughout the entire store to offset the cost of combined shipping. Shipping method is at our discretion, but we will always use a standard shipping method or better. Single volume purchases are always sent USPS First Class. We do not use Media Mail. If you want guaranteed expedited shipping services, please message us before purchasing. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Discount rates may occasionally go up during sale but will never be less than the standard percentage off listed above.
Quality Controls:
All of our manga comes shrink wrapped in order to ensure that our manga stays in new condition and prevent shelf scuffing, accidental nicks, bends, or other types of damage. Any volumes that are delivered to us with no factory wrap are personally shrink wrapped once unpacked. While we will strive to shrink wrap volumes as professionally as possible, there may be some imperfections with the shrink wrap. Some volumes may come with minor imperfections or nicks if delivered as such from the publisher. Volumes with bigger imperfections will be listed as such with details.
To help protect your purchase during shipping we will always ship your order in either a box or between pieces of cardboard if mailed in a bubble mailer.
Return Policy:
All of our listings come with a 30 day free return policy, including remorse returns. In the event you no longer want an item and wish to return it, item(s) must be received in new condition with their shrink wrap still intact for a full refund. Any items returned opened, used, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition may be subject to a variable refund deduction depending on the state of the item(s) up to 50% per the Ebay Seller Protection Policy. When returning an item, make sure to pack it properly to help prevent damage in transit. We do not offer no-return refunds and refunds will not be issued until we have received your return and inspected it.
Returns initiated due to item arriving damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or because it is the wrong item are subject to the Ebay Money Back Guarantee Policy.
If we have more of the same item in stock, you may request a replacement or a same value exchange.
Cancellation Policy:
If you made an order but have changed your mind and want to cancel, please send us a message. We will cancel your order and refund you your money no questions asked so long as we have not already shipped it out. If you request a cancellation but your package has already been dropped off with the shipping carrier you will need to initiate a return request once you have received your order.
