Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are free to return your order. The products you return must be complete, unused and in their original condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.
Cancellation of Order Before Delivery:
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email us within 12 hours after you have made your order. A full refund will be issued as soon as the order is cancelled. Any delay on cancellation will end up on dispatching.
If you sign it, you have indicated that the item is in good condition. We are not responsible for any damage or scratches, except for the problems of quality.
Refunds:
Please consult the previous instruction for your return. Once we have received your item back at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming this and will make a refund within 5 working days back to the source of the original payment. Please note that the refund can take 3-5 days to your paypal account.
If you need to return an item for whatever reason, it MUST be returned to us UNUSED and UNDAMAGED, together with the original packaging.
