This replacement Foam Cushion & Silicone Seal Pack is designed for all A-claim 2 (HC401) and Flexi-Fit 405 (HC405) Nasl.

This cushion uses Flexi-Fit foam air technology to conform to most noses and facial features.

SIZING : Aclaim2 and Flexi-Fit 405 use a single frame size so either cushion and seal pack size can be used regardless of the size currently being used .
