4. Plants will ship by bare roots without pot and soil may be affected with the yellowish or fallen leaves. This is unavoidable. Normally new leaves will from within 1 month.

5. We do not take responsibility in case of Custom Restrictions or goods being confiscated. We are not responsible for your postal or your customs delay destination.

TERMS / Refund and Replacement:

We are willing refund or send replacement items in case of plants 100% die at the first date that customer receives and open the boxes and show evidence of photo for approval, If over 24 hrs shop will not responsibility for that case. Replacement would be made by give new plants free but buyer have to pay for the shipping charges. Refund would be made only the plants cost, shipping costs are not refundable.
