The pattern is in an envelope; the pattern is on a large sheet of paper that has been folded to fit in the envelope. The pattern is printed on cream colored paper with dark ink.
Pattern is used. Has no marks, tears, or creases other than the original folds to fit inside the envelope. There is a store sticker on the back of the envelope (see photo). The pattern has normal shelf wear as would be expected on an item of its age. Has been stored in the home of a non-smoker.
