I typically accept offers 80-90% of the buy it now price, so if you are interested lets negotiate. Cards are not shipped in one-touch cases. They will be shipped securely in a penny sleeve, top loader or semi-rigid card saver sealed with painters tape, cardboard and taped around for additional protection.
