Pocket spring system

With advanced pocket spring system, this mattress gently relieves your body pressure points. Available in various pocket counts (1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000), this mattress is available in medium soft, medium firm, firm or extra firm/hard feeling. The pocket system consists of individually nestled coils to react to your body weight and shape that maintains your natural spinal alignment and body posture for alleviating pains and aches.

  • Your new mattress could develop body impressions on the mattress surface after a few nights of you sleeping on the mattress. This is a natural process and helps promote the spinal alignment. Therefore, this is not dipping/sagging. A mattress is called dipped/indented when the sagging is more than 5 cm (2 inches).
  • As all the mattress information is given in the product page above, we do not attach any label on the mattress. 
  • The mattress firmness is based on the perception of our test subject 
  • Delivery charge is £10 to £50 for the POSTCODES commencing with AB, BA, BH, BN, CA, CT, DD, DG, DT, EX, FK, G, GU, IP, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, LV, NR, PA, PH, PL, PO, RH, SA, SO, SP, SS, SY, TA, TN, TR (we do not deliver to some of TR postcodes, please ask before placing your order) and TQ and the delivery may take longer than usual. Please ask for the delivery surcharge and the time frame before placing your order.
  • Our delivery commitment is 3 to 6 working days. The estimated delivery date shown to you is auto-generated by eBay. 
  • Euro Double (140 x 200 cm) and Euro King size (160 x 200 cm) mattresses could take 5 to 7 working days for delivery
  • No delivery to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands/any island and Shetland

  • DELIVERY of your order will be made any time between 6 am and 9 pm (Monday to Sunday) to the front door of your house (ground floor only) or to the main door of the building (ground floor only).

  • PLEASE CHECK for any damages, tears or dirty marks to make sure that you are happy with the quality and condition of mattress received. Once delivered, it will be difficult for us to entertain your complain afterwards for compensation or refund.  
MATTRESS CARE
  • Turn and rotate your mattress every 2 weeks for first 3 months, then once every 4 weeks
  • Use a good quality mattress protector to prevent staining
  • Do not jump on the mattress and do not bend the mattress
