This is a good quality work by a local hobby artist. Found this in Carson City. Absolutely LOVE the little calico cat with the mouse in the foreground. This painting is over 40 years old, dated 1981. Artist name is difficult to read, but looks like "Billie Bergmauc or Bangmair"
Substantial size: Measures 23 x 29 inches framed. Image size is 18 x 24 inches. Solid wood frame with rustic finish.
