This is the November 12, 1973 issue of Sports Illustrated with Pistol Pete Maravich on the cover as a member of the Atlanta Hawks.   Teammate Lou Hudson also is in the photo.  This mag has very successfully had the mailing label removed leaving only very light evidence of it!   It is complete, has a tight spine, a very light vertical cover foldline & displays great !!
