This is a Victory front lower exhaust for 2006,2007,2010, Kingpin, Vegas, Jackpot, and Hammer models. Part number 1261640, superseded by part number 1262082. Included is part number 7081179 clamp. I believe this came off a new bike prior to sale but can not confirm that. There appears to be some specs of something on the back side of this muffler that I think can be polished off but can not guarantee that. I also have the upper muffler.  If both purchased I will give a discount.
