CARDAS tone arm cable is supplied in twisted pair configuration to minimise crosstalk and cancel EMI from external sources.
Each colour of wire is slightly thicker at 0.6mm overall diameter than the usual internal tonearm wire which is 0.4mm.
480mm length of cable is supplied - it is useful to loop back some excess cable behind the
headshell in case you want to renew or change clips in the future.
CARDAS cable is Litz cable - each strand is individually insulated, so care must be taken to clean this off for a perfect solder joint.
CARDAS Quad Eutectic Solder is ultra pure tin/lead/silver/copper with an activated rosin core flux.
