 Made by Bila, this shirt is a great find! This top is navy blue with a great blue floral pattern!! This shirt is a light weight almost sheer shirt. You probably would want to wear a tank or cami underneath.  It has a round neck. The sleeves flare at the cuff for a ruffle look! There are slits in the sleeves to give the cold shoulder look.This blouse flows nicely.  Made of 100% Rayon for the perfect fit!
