This is a very good project to help in developing children's imagination and knowledge of sequencing so as to prepare oneself to acquire the skills of building an item. REMARKS

Children must be accompanied and assisted by adults for assembling. There are mini parts involved that need to be tucked out from the wooden panels and might need adults’ guidance in the assembling work. We still highly recommend that parents can provide guidance & lead them to finish the project even though the playset is designed for kids of ages 6 & up.

The estimated time to finish the project is about 2 hours, which varies depending on individuals’ skill level.

This playset is purposely to help developing children's creativity and so painting would be recommended after the project is finished.

Unlike the traditional plastic toy playset furniture. This playset is made of plywood from Taiwan and completely manufactured in this country. It is 100% recyclable.

STEPS

A printed instruction sheet with numbers stated for each little piece must be in each package. We highly recommended numbering all little pieces before tucking them out from each panel.

Before we start, try to get familiar with the design of the house so we can move on to begin by tucking out the pieces we need first. Then we tuck out whichever pieces later on when we need so as to avoid misplacement and easier to trace when assembling.
A little sheet of sandpaper is attached in each package which is for smoothing out the rough edges of the wood and it is helpful when we have difficulties assembling the wooden parts together.

For any broken/missing item, the buyer needs to provide proof by sending us pictures via eBay message. We will only reship the replacement upon receipt of the proof.

For return, the buyer needs to ship the item back to us and the item price would be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.
