Hand Held, Non Threaded

Series Unknown - Box has Eastman Label, of which I've not been able to find another example.

I'm not a camera collector, but I've always had very good luck reselling cameras. I've always been able to find examples of the photography items I've sold, but I can't find this exact filter anywhere. I suspect it's rare, and if my price seems high, it's just because I haven't yet discovered the actual value. Please message me if you can shed any light on this conundrum. Thanks!
