Thomas Tillotson (c. 1751/1752 – May 5, 1832) was an American physician and politician who played a significant role during the American Revolutionary War. Born in Maryland, he received a thorough education and became a physician. He served as a First lieutenant in the Maryland Militia during the war and later became a physician and surgeon general in the Continental Army's Northern Department.

His estate in Rhinebeck, known as "Linwood," included various properties with scenic views of the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains. Tillotson's contributions as both a physician and a public servant made him a noteworthy figure in American history.

A few creases from being folded, small tears, minor discoloration, else in very good condition.
