Payment
All goods are to be paid for through eBay Payments. This payment method is safe, secure and processes both credit and debit cards as well as the PayPal service. Please pay for your item(s) as soon as the purchase has been made to avoid delay in the handling and dispatch time. All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of the payment being cleared, however as mentioned, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery
All completed orders received before 2.30pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Unfortunately, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Delivery (Standard)
We offer Free UK Delivery on all purchases with us. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 and estimated to arrive within 1-5 working days from the original dispatch date. This is not a guaranteed service and can take longer during busy/seasonal periods, therefore please allow up to 7 working days from the original dispatch date. Kindly note this shipping method is not trackable and tracking information will only update once delivery has been attempted or successfully made.
UK Delivery (Express)
Need your order ASAP? Pay extra to upgrade your shipping service by selecting one of the following at checkout. Payable services below are estimated to arrive within 1-2 working days from the original dispatch date.

Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service on all orders. Simply purchase your goods as normal, and choose the Argos Store (or other relevant shop) for Collection. Your purchase will then be sent via Royal Mail 48 to your desired store. It is then your chosen stores responsibility to inform you once your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.
European & International Shipping
All European and International orders are dispatched through eBay's Global Shipping program. Please note, any extra shipping costs are calculated by eBay and paid for by the customer. We dispatch orders directly to the eBay Global Shipping Hub located in the UK via Royal Mail 48. eBay will then complete the remaining delivery process to your shipping address through their Global Shipping tracked service.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day right to withdraw on all unused items in their original state and retail packaging from the date of purchase. Please contact us through eBay messages if you wish to raise a return. We aim to respond to most queries within 24-hours (weekdays). Please note, we do not accept items back that are customer or accidental damaged, e.g. water damaged, snapped, customer repaired, tampered with, third-party repaired. Please note the item(s) will be returned to you in this instance.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons*. This includes items of the following categories due to the product being opened, tried on, used and/or worn (this list is not exhaustive):

Changed your mind?
Unwanted and unused items must be returned, unopened in their original retail packaging with the manufacturers seal still intact, along with all accessories that originally came with the item. Please note, return postage must be paid for by the customer in this instance. Any goods returned opened, seal broken, damaged/tampered with or not in original unopened retail packaging, will be subject to a 10-30% deduction for restocking purposes in line with eBays Partial Refund Guidelines.
Haven't receieved your item?
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please get in touch with us via eBay messages so we can investigate the matter further.
Receieved the incorrect item?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us through eBay messages so our team can investigate further, and to arrange a free return. This will allow you to send the incorrect item back to us hassle free and completely free of charge. The correct item will then be dispatched to you, dependent on stock availability. Please note this is a rare occurence caused through errors with our automated packing system.
Faulty item?
If your item develops a manufacturer fault during use, please contact us through eBay messages so our team can assist you. Once we receive your return, the item will be sent for appraisal by our in-house technicians. Please note that if goods are found to have no fault, the item(s) will be returned back to you. If the goods are found with defects, we will gladly offer you a full refund or replacement.
