This eBay listing is for a used TIFFEN MEGAPLUS 0.56X WIDE CONVERTER 37MM (as marked) camera lens that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I don't know a ton about cameras but this looks to be in good overall condition. I looked through the lens with a flashlight both forward and reverse and it's nice and clear.
