Vintage cotton dress likely made from a flower or feed sack material. Base of dress has a blue and cabbage rose print. Attached salmon pink apron front with navy ribbon and sheer pleated ruffle trim with red fine stitching. Ties in the back with fabric trim. No tag. Unclear if dress or costume.

Condition: there have been several repairs on the dress. one with a applied patch on the apron. Also several areas of threadbare turned to hole fabric. One of them near the patch. One of them near the neckline (see pictures).
