Vintage 1940s cotton organza semisheer special dress made for Saks Fifth Avenue. Rounded neck with lace ruffle. Decorative lace circle and buttons in front. Organza ruffles with embroidery down the front: short puffed sleeves with fitted cuff and lace trim. Gathered waist with very full skirt. Five back buttons and long attached fabric ties.

Condition: great preowned condition without stains, holes or loose seams. Stored in a non-smoking home.
