Antique SALT BAG Handmade Red Woven Rug 42" x 26" Afghan ?

This eBay listing is for an antique Salt Bag in a lovely red ornate design that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. This small salt bag rug measures approx 42" x 26". I'm not very good with my antique textiles but I think this could be Afghan made. There looks to be some type of name or signature that is stapled to the bottom side of the salt bag that I have pictured in the listing. I have no idea on what it says or even what language it's in. Sorry!!
