In order to qualify for the lifetime warranty you need to send us the old unit (the part you are removing from your car) using a pre-paid return shipping label that I will include.
It is easy, just put the old part in the same box, put the prepaid label on it and send it to me. I will refund $5 when I get the old actuator here. ( the old actuator must be without any outside damage like broken plastic case or broken cables )
