This tea pot was most likely part of a child's tea set used for play. Others like it are marked Bavaria but this one doesn't say anything on the bottom. It features four children on one side playing with hand held instruments and a child on the back. I think the images are transferred, not painted.

There are no chips, cracks, or grazing.
