• Mattress dimensions (length, width and height) are approximate and may vary by up to 3cm
• Mattress firmness rating is based on the perception of our test subjects
• We have supplied all the required mattress information in the product page above. Therefore, we do not attach any label either on mattress surface or on the mattress border.
• The mattress may develop body impression on the surface which does not mean it is dipped/sunk/indented. A mattress is called dipped only if it has sunk for up to 5 cm (2 inches). Therefore, to prevent this, you must rotate the mattress every 2 weeks for first 3 months and then once every 4 weeks.
• Our delivery commitment is 3 to 6 working days. Therefore, the estimated date of delivery shown to you is auto-generated by eBay. We will inform you of the delivery day/date once you have placed your mattress order with us.
• Please do not dispose off your existing mattress till we deliver your mattress. 
• Delivery of this mattress is free to most areas of mainland UK
• There is a surcharge of £10 to £40 for the postcodes commencing with AB, BA, BH, BN, CA, CT, DD, DG, DT, EX, FK, G, GU, IP, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, LV, NR, PA, PH, PL, PO, RH, SA, SO, SP, SS, SY, TA, TN, TR and TQ. The mattress delivery may take longer than usual for these postcodes and therefore, please ask for the additional delivery cost and the delivery schedule before placing your mattress order.
• We do not deliver to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands (and any other island) and Shetland.

• We use an independent courier company to deliver the mattresses
• DELIVERY of your order will be made any time between 6 am and 9 pm (Monday to Sunday) to the front door of your house (ground floor only) or to the main door of the building (ground floor only).
• In case you are not available to accept the delivery once we have informed you of the estimated time of delivery a day before the delivery, there will be £120 re-delivery charge which you will need to pay before we make the re-delivery.
• Due to the unforeseen circumstances like road works, traffic congestion, bad weather, vehicle breakdown etc., the courier company may deliver after 9 pm or before 6am or they will have to delay the mattress delivery
• Please provide us with your contact number and e-mail address to inform you of your mattress delivery
• Please check for any damages, tears or dirty marks before the courier driver leaves from your premises. Once mattress is delivered, it will be difficult for us to entertain your complain afterwards for compensation or refund.
