Here is a pre-owned vintage Damaged Sad Sack Laugh Special 25 cent comic book, #60, July 1971.  It was published by Harvey Publications.   It shows a large tear on the front cover with tears and wear at the spine, edges and corners.   It is not graded.    Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
