Condition is very good, frame is sturdy - does show some age - see photos 

Exterior frame measures approx 26 1/2" x 29 1/2" with 2 1/2" molding 

Clear glass is in very good condition 

Frame comes with a matte that will fit 14x17 or if removed it will fit 22x25
