1.Navceker HDMI 2.1 Audio Extractor does not support ARC or eARC function
2.When you use 7.1CH mode, if your TV/monitor does not support 7.1CH audio, there is no audio signal.
3.When you want to get 7.1CH audio, please set the audio from HDMI 2.1 source (PS5/XBox, etc.) to auto mode or source mode or 7.1CH mode.
4.When you use eARC or ARC speakers, such as ARC, e-ARC/Sonos ARC speakers, please use the speaker's HDMI INPUT to connect to the HDMI AUDIO ONLY port of our Audio Extractor, and please don't use the HDMI eARC/ARC input of the speakers that can't get any audio. Since the soundbar ONLY's eARC port can be directly connected to the HDMI eARC INPUT of the HDMI TV, it is not possible to add other devices between the eARC speakers and the HDMI eARC TV.
