Item Description
This beautiful African Shweshwe picnic/beach blanket has been handmade and is available in this unique blue, green and black geometric design.
It is made from Shweshwe cotton fabric and has a waterproof nylon backing.
When rolled up it can be secured with a matching fabric strap which also acts as a carrying handle. It would be a welcome addition to any picnic or indeed equally useable on the beach!
This picnic rug has been handmade and so the size may vary slightly. It measures approximately 135cm x 185cm (53" x 73") when opened up, and when rolled up it measures 36cm (14") long by 18cm (7") diameter approximately.
The blanket can be handwashed or is machine washable at a low temperature but please do not scrub or tumble dry. We would advise washing separately.
