The loops on the back of the squilted fabric seem a bit lose. Im unsure if this is meant to go on a window, but figured it would be nice to add to, use as a baby blanket or put in the floor for a baby to roll on. It could even go on a table... anything you can imagine! I didn't notice any stains on the fabric. Please thoroughly review photos for quality and condition of item.
