K1 Flash

Smart device for simple set up parameters of all Bafang CAN bus motors and update firmware with selected motors (M500, M510, M600, M620).


Works with all Bafang motors with CAN bus (green "house" shape connector with 5 pins) - M500 M510 M600 M620 M625 M400 M420 M200 M300 M800 M820, also CAN Hub motors.

Supports also:
  • M510, M560, M820 Power Map adjustments (with FC2.0 controller also Support level)
  • Set Speed limit, Wheel Size and Circumference on any CAN Bafang motor, including CAN HUB motors
  • Calibration - rotor position calibration - needed when you swap controller or rotor

"Simplicity" was the moto during developing process. Simple as 1, 2 ,3 ...

1. Insert included SD card (configuration parameters are stored in file AutoSet.txt - edit by notepad)
2. Power up K1 Flash (over USB-C cable from your mobile, power bank, charger ...)
3. Connect to your CAN motor - steady green LED light means all set and you can unplug device

In few seconds your motor parameters are set according config text file on SD card. 
No need to get BESST and connecting to computer, finding BESST passwords (are expiring) or spending time with Python script workarounds.

- K1 Flash - 5 motors restriction. You can unlock first 5 motors you connect over CAN (device is storing serial numbers) - Check for unrestricted version if needed. 
- SD card with configuration text file, with firmware files for different type of motors and revisions (M500, M510, M600, M560, M620, M820, M300, M420) - over 60 bin files, and some display firmwares (DPC160, DPC221,DPC245).
- A Metal Pin for re-setting K1 Flash - possible simple USB update in the future to support also other types of motors.
