International Shipping cost is based on:

Once you win a bid, the deal is you pay up what's due within 4 days of winning a bid. If you forget, no problem. A gentle reminder will follow. If you need an extension, up to 7 days, that's ok too; just let me know asap. 

Otherwise, after 4 days of silence and non-payment, it sure looks like I lost income, still owed to me. So I file a complaint. Check ebay's policy for info regarding penalty for unpaid bids.

I stand by my products. I do accept domestic returns if the product arrives to you damaged or you changed your mind. But item must be returned as mailed out, in unused, complete condition.
