First of all: Some of these DVDs are second hand. If they are not stated as 'Sealed' they will have odd wear to the outside cases. To be fair, though, we will no list anything that is broken or cracked. The same goes for the disc/s - nothing is listed if it doesn't work and nothing is listed if there are deep scratches.
Second of all: There is no 'best price'. Postage costs to anywhere outside of the UK are Royal Mail prices. There is no need to get angry at us, or have an argument, as we don't decide what Royal Mail charges. The only thing we have decided, though, is to always ship items with a tracking number (outside of the UK) as it's best for the both of us should the item go 'missing' somewhere along the way. If you live outside of the UK and want a cheaper postage cost than the one stated, we can do that BUT the DVD will then be shipped via a Large Letter rate. This, of course, means less packaging and possible damage within the postal system but we will leave it up to the buyer to decide what they want to do.
Thirdly: All films have been tested and played for, at least, twenty minutes. Should you still have an issue with it playing, please contact us before opening a request or leaving a negative feedback as we will ALWAYS try to sort something out with you.
Within the UK, DVDs will be sent at Large Letter rate. If you feel you need more packaging than a jiffy bag, please pay for the Royal Mail 48 postage option and we will both bubble wrap and put cardboard around it before being put in a jiffy bag. If you need the DVD at speed: please pay for Special Delivery 1pm. All of these postage options are available in a drop-down menu at checkout.
All DVDs shipped outside of the UK will be bubble-wrapped and wrapped in cardboard (or boxed, if we can find a suitable box).
Lastly: we will not ship any of these DVDs to Russia.
