Please ensure property/room's entrances are measured and checked against item's measurements given above (scroll up), if an item does not fit through property/room's entrance at the time of delivery liability falls upon buyer and in the event of a return due to NOT FITTING THROUGH £69 return cost will be applied before any refunds are issued.
Item's guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, and normal wear and tear over time while in customer's possession.

We only deliver to the ground floor, front door delivery, anything above ground floor our courier cant deliver

It is your responsibility to ensure that goods that have been ordered can be delivered, and will fit in to any entranceways/hallways/corridors etc and are wide enough for the goods to pass through and will also fit in the required location within the delivery premises

All deliveries must be unpacked by the customer in the presence of our delivery staff before signing the delivery note. If any fault or damage is detected, this must be noted on the delivery sheet. Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit or items not as described if you have not indicated damage or item not as described on the delivery note. Our delivery staff is  very careful, however we can not accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods. Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery cost to the customer and the return to our warehouse

Excluded postcodes are TR, PL, TQ, AB, IV, PH, KW, HS, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE. If any of these are your postcode, then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. We cant deliver to Shetland islands, Scottish highlands and northern Ireland
