The black cloth cover cord is simple to work with. The wire underneath is color-coded black and white. Super easy to strip the insulation and solder well if needing to connect multiple sections together. It is recommended to take a small scissors to remove some of the braided cloth prior to stripping the insulation, so as to avoid the cloth getting entangled with the bare wire.
