Descriptions are as accurate as possible & all photographs are of the actual item(s).  All goods are checked prior to dispatch. Dispatch is to the country you are registered in with eBay and to the registered postal address supplied by eBay and/or PayPal. I will not send an item to an address other than the address supplied by eBay/PayPal, as all insurance coverage is automatically lost.

All payments in £ Sterling. PayPal payments to be completed within 2 days of listing ending unless otherwise agreed.

Items are well packed against transit damage and I use recycled materials to help keep costs down. P&P/S&H cost covers time, packaging materials, fuel, parking, postage, and eBay’s terrible postage charge (10% of the postage charge charged) - not just the postage cost itself. I always combine shipping when multiple items are sent together, however, you must wait for an amended invoice prior to settlement. If you settle up prior to receiving a combined invoice from me, I will not be able to resolve any combined postage discounts afterwards. I do one postage run per week, and I usually pack items up at the weekend and drop off with the carrier at the beginning of the week. I am a human being with a life, family career and many other commitments. I do not have time to sit awaiting a sale to package and send it immediately.

All items are sent via a tracked service for your protection and mine, and all items are fully insured for their full value against loss and/or damage. Please bear this in mind with higher value items.

No returns are accepted – and this is particularly the case if you’ve bought something that is new and sealed which you’ve then opened, or for something like a computer software license where it is impossible to determine if the license has been used or not. It is not acceptable to treat me like Amazon or some other major retailer, where a buyer can buy something, receive it, decide that they don’t like it, and then attempt to return it. I am not a business. I am a private individual selling things that I no longer want.

I only accept returns in the event that I make an error with something that is dispatched to you, or if an item is damaged in transit by the carrier. If this is the case, I will provide you with a fully paid and tracked returns label.

Leaving feedback informs me you have received your item(s) and all is well. I always reciprocate feedback left for me. I do not enter into disputes or issues after feedback has been left as no warranties are offered or implied. Any problems please message me through eBay messages, and I will do all I can to help. If you don't agree with the postage cost, please don't bid/buy.
