PORTMEIRION POTTERY ENGLAND PHOENIX BLACK AND GOLDEN PATTERN BIRD JUG 

Listed is one jug. Item is in used condition with, in my opinion, no major defects. Looking at the photos, I have detected what is possible wear to the top rim. Seen best on the second to last photo, the top of the handle doesn’t look as black as the rest in certain light - I don’t know if this is wear and/or the varnish/whatever rubbing away.

With this being black, dust is attracted to it immediately so some marks seen may just be dust. If confirmation is required, please ask before buying. 

Height approx 4 inches. 

Length tip of handle to tip of spout approx 4¾ inches. 

Diameter at top approx 2½ inches.

I only send within the UK and to the address shown on your Ebay payment details.  If you use a UK courier, please understand that my parcel and its contents become your courier's responsibility once they receive it.

Apologies for cost of postage.  So I can keep the item price as low as possible, I have included costs such as packing, ink, electricity, etc and Ebay's fees on postage within the postage charge.

I am always happy to answer any queries, but please note that I only access Ebay via my computer and usually sporadically between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

COMBINED POSTAGE

I combine postage when it is safe to do so, usually in boxes no larger than 12 x 9 x 6 inches.

I am only able to combine postage for one User ID, even if addressee and postal address is the same.

I cannot add to a parcel once I have sent message confirming your order.

PAYMENT

If purchasing more than one item, please PAY IN ONE TRANSACTION.

Add items to your shopping basket and then either pay for all in one transaction or click "Request total from seller" button for an invoice - there may be a delay in my response to your request. 

If a postage overpayment has been made within the single transaction, I will refund overpayment in full.  However, if payment has been made by more than one transaction, I am sorry but I can only refund 80% of any postage overpayment due to the likes of fees charged to me per transaction.

POSTAGE

Please provide your mobile number when paying if you would like Royal Mail tracking alerts.  If you request delivery to a safe place or another address, such as neighbour/relative/friend/work/onward courier, parcel will be left at your own risk.

I post Monday to Friday, usually the day after you pay Ebay if paid before 7pm - weather/courier strike/health/cat permitting.

MISSING PARCEL OR DAMAGED ITEMS - rare, but worth a mention.

If parcel has not been received and tracking shows it has been delivered, please immediately contact your delivery office to confirm where it was left.

If your parcel hasn’t been delivered after 14 days from expected delivery date, please contact me to chase your parcel for you. To avoid confusion, as parcel may still arrive, I would prefer to not send a refund until Royal Mail has confirmed parcel is lost.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receipt from Royal Mail.  Photographic evidence of parcel and item would be appreciated so that I can make a claim.

PARCEL RETURNED TO ME UNDELIVERED

Postage refund will not be given if unopened parcel is returned to me due to recipient not arranging redelivery, buyer providing incorrect address, etc.  I will refund cost of item, less £2 to cover my costs (including Ebay’s fee that is not fully reimbursed).

Please ensure that you understand and agree with the above before opting to buy.
