DESCRIPTION: Back: “Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Westminster. The tower which houses Big Ben, the bell that strikes the hours, and the great clock to which he gives his name, rises to 316 feet. Big Ben weighs 13 tons, and the clock faces are 22 ft., 6 inches across. The picture was taken during the Commonwealth Conference by J. Yates.”
