This is a CD player unit from an extremely low-mileage 1992 Front-wheel-drive Fleetwood model.  It was completely disassembled and rebuilt and would make a perfect replacement for your optional (and very rare) Delco Bose Gold unit.  The radio is very very clean and the CD player has been replaced with a GENUINE GM unit and works perfectly as seen being tested on the bench after the rebuild and the CD player replacement. I THINK this was used on the front-wheel-drive Fleetwood AND Deville models from 1989-1993, but I am CERTAIN that is 100% correct for the 91-93 Fleetwood and Deville models-please look at the connections on the back of your old unit to confirm.
