Description
Kent badge to the breast pocket. Officers rank bars to the epaulettes
with King's crown Civil Defence buttons. There is another badge on the lower right sleeve which is a J within a laurel.

Crows foot / military arrow marked and also War Department stamped with date letter L.

Height 5ft. 9 in. to 5ft. 10 in.
Breast - 36 ins. to 38 ins.
Waist - 33 ins. to 35 ins.
I have also taken the following measurements as a guide for fit:
Arm pit to arm pit laid flat across the chest - 22"
Waist laid flat - 17", so this would be a bit tight for a 35"
Upper sleeve length taken from the seam of the shoulder to the cuff - 25 1/2"
Sleeve length from the arm pit to the cuff - 19"
Drop at the back from the base of the collar to the bottom hem - 21"
It does have a couple of small repairs to the collar, another in the back, and a couple on the sleeve, all of which have been stitched in lighter cotton. There are some moth traces, nothing too noticeable.

Shipping
Items are usually despatched within 2 days of payment. Please note that we do not send items over the weekend, our last post is approx 12pm on Friday.
Courier items may take longer as we need to book collections 24hours in advance. Couriers do not collect over the weekend therefore items finishing on a Thursday may not be collected until the following Monday.
If Hermes or an alternative Courier is offered as a postal service please note that some companies do NOT deliver to business addresses or remote areas. Remote areas include Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, etc. In this instance you must contact us for a price on shipping as the charges differ.
Some of our heavier / bulky items can be shipped overseas but price depends on location. Please contact us for a shipping quote if one is not specified.
We are happy to combine postage on multiple items, please wait to be invoiced or request total invoice on completion of bidding.
Proof of postage is obtained on all items.
The postage charge includes a handling fee and the price of the packaging, not just the price of the postage stamp.
Note to overseas buyers: Customs charges / Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Terms of Sale
We are happy to accept returns within 14 working days. It is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost to return the item by recorded post unless otherwise agreed. Y
