Spry means to make active again.  Our business model is to upcycle clothing and goods giving them a new life and purpose to a new owner.  We source and bring to market only goods suitable and in the condition for our own personal use.

 

Our business supports our family so we take caution in our reputation as a seller.  

 

·      Offers:  We do accept offers on most of our items.  When we offer up an item we research to make sure our product price is fair based on market trends.  We will not accept low-ball.  We spent time in finding that item, making sure it is clean and ready to be sold; then we invest time in listing it.  That time is worth money and that supports our family.  Don?t be that guy who wants something for nothing.  You will not find those products from us.

 

·      Returns:  We offer free returns.  Sometimes the item is a different color than the picture shows or the item simply does not fit.  Purchase from us knowing that you are protected and will be 100% satisfied. That being said, good customer service demands good customers.  Simply changing your mind or regret purchases isn?t a good reason to return a product.  When you do that we have to pay at a loss to ship that Item back to us.  

 

·      Free Shipping:  Free shipping doesn?t exists.  The post office will never ship something for free.  If an item is listed as free shipping- You need to know that the price of that item has been increased and includes the cost to deliver that item to you.  Shipping not only cost money it also is expensive and always going up.
