Wonderful antique Hand Painted Canton Enamel and Brass Hinged lidded box. This brass box has incised etched designs on all four sides. The lid has an embossed raised blue enamel border with a center cobalt blue enamel floral center that is hand painted and decorated at the corners. This box dates to the early 1900s.
The box measures 5 1/4" by 4" and stands 1 1/2" in height. It is lined in wood. It is stamped on the bottom for China. It is in very good condition with a small chip to the left hand corner of the enamel on the lid.
