This is a beautiful emerald green vase stamped with "Japan Cloisonne" on the bottom.  This has the style of Sato Cloisonne but doesn't have the makers mark of Sato.  The vase measures 4.75" tall and approximately 2.75" wide at the widest spot.

The silver rim and base do not appear to be silver plate, but are silver in color.
