Shipping Policy

We use a reliable shipping provider to deliver orders to your designated delivery destinations. Most orders are usually processed within 2 business days of placing them. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are handled on the next working day.

International Delivery

Shipping by EMS/DHL/Aramex/FedEx is available upon request or may be stated in the purchase order/invoice. Courier Shipments will take an estimated 2-10 working days to arrive from the date of shipment (excluding weekends/Public Holidays/Customs delays).

Please Note:

Please check the parcel in front of the courier guy. Make sure that the seal and packing paper are in good condition before you sign for it. Return to the courier guy if the seal or package is open or broken. We do not accept complaints about items that are missing, differ once you receive them.

Return Item Policy:
