William Buelow Gould (1801 – 11 December 1853) was an English and Tasmanian painter. He was transported to Australia as a convict in 1827, after which he would become one of the most important early artists in the colony, despite never really separating himself from his life of crime.
In 136 pages, in green hardcovers, with titles in gilt to the cover and spine. There is very light shelfwear. There is no foxing. There are no previous owner's names or inscriptions. There is no sunning. There are no missing, creased, stained, damaged, or loose pages. The plates are in pristine condition. The binding and block are solid. It is complete and original. Measures a folio size of 23.5cm x 37cm.
