My Fair Lady is based on the play Pygmalion, although the ending is different (she stays). I loved Audrey Hepburn in the role, but hated that they dubbed her singing voice. She could sing, but the studio wanted all women to sing like "perfect" nightingales. (Never mind that Rex Harrison can't sing. Pfft)
The "Tea" box only has a bit of minor wear, and Higgins' box has just a couple of dings. The "Ascot Races" box is a bit worn at the top. Full disclosure: her hat is missing! You'll note she even has her gloves, and her stand is in the box.  I have no idea how, where, when the hat was lost, but that is how I received it. The vinyl is still in very good condition on all of the boxes, indicating they were kept in smoke free environments.  The dolls are perfect.
