How to choose the right size?

Please measure your hip using a soft tape measure and select the appropriate size based on the measurement.


S:  Hip circumference 30"-36" / 76-91cm

M:  Hip circumference 35"-42" / 89-107cm

L:  Hip circumference 41"-46" / 104-117cm

Important Note:

●If you experience discomfort during use, please adjust the tightness of the hernia belt.

●Ideally, wear the hernia belt 24 hours a day, including during bathing and using the bathroom.

●If the hernia contents are no longer protruding but the hernia gap has not fully healed, continue wearing the belt to aid in consolidation.

●The effectiveness of the hernia belt may vary depending on individual constitution and the duration of use. Typically, continuous use for more than three months is recommended.

How to wear:

1. Open the belt and install the hernia compression pads. Note: The installation direction of the compression pads must be with the larger end of the compression pads facing downward and the straight edge of the pads facing outward. (Figure 1)

2. Please lie down on your back (supine position) and gently push the hernia back into the abdomen before wearing the hernia belt. (Figure 2)

3. Place the hernia compression pad against the hernia and fasten the waist belt securely. (Figure 3)

4. Wrap the two compression straps from the back to the front of the hernia belt (avoiding the scrotum and testis) and fasten them with the hook and loop. (Figure 4)

5. Adjust the tightness of the waist belt and two compression straps, ensuring that the compression pads are securely supported and do not move away during physical activity. (Figure 5)
