The Handles are Deer Stag from the U.S. and they have Nickel Silver Bolsters Brass Liners and Pins and the H & R Bronze Shield. They are imports assembled in china. But as you can clearly see they look just like a knife made in Germany with large stag scales plenty of color and made tight the blades snap they are strait everything you want in a great pocket knife except the name china. sorry to say either get over it or buy another brand , but if you do make sure you really know where it was made you could be surprised.
